Sufi fusion band 'Jugni' performs 'Ji karda me tainu vekhi jaavan' at the Big Fat Flea festival in Dilli Haat, INA in Delhi on 13th July. A Delhi based band known for its Sufi rock sound, consists of three Old friends, Rohit, Sagar and Mohit. "Jugni" means the spirit of life, or essence of life. Jugni invokes the name of God (often using the word "Saeen", the vernacular word for Lord), Ali or the Gurus. A kernel of truth is an essential and integral part of every Jugni composition. The band came back together in 2013 when Rohit (lead Vocals), Sagar (Lead Guitar), Mohit (Guitar, Backing Vocals) reconnected after parting ways in 2008. Music was always a part of their lives and ultimately their collective goal, so they continued to write music on their own and now have taken the most formativ
