The lady from the large Bhutanese contingent is painting an acrylic on canvas landscape. She is wearing the national attire - Kira and enjoying painting open-air at the Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts (IGNCA) New Delhi. 2018 Tools that are required for the painting are paint brushes, water, paints, a bowl, a piece of cloth, paper etc....
