A boiling vat full of gurh or jaggery! And it is safe, too, as the temperature is so high that nothing vile would survive therein. What a treat truly, and the fact that the sugar is relatively unprocessed, it isn't too unhealthy either... But spill some of that on yourself, and you'd be in big trouble!
