Tibetan and Nepali women work at a carpet factory in Nepal. They weave Tibetan carpet with Tibetan sheep wool. They make the carpets for Tibetan carpet showroom in Nepal and they also get orders through emails. After the Chinese invasion and complete occupation of Tibet in the year 1959, thousands of Tibetans fled Tibet and followed the Dalai Lama and sought asylum in India, Nepal and Bhutan. For those Tibetans, who could reach and stayed in Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal, His Majesty's Government has so kindly allotted some land within the Kathmandu city area for rehabilitation of the Tibetan Refugees.
