Incessant honking in the middle of the day in Jor Bagh after Corona Lockdown was lifted and Delhi slowly climbs back to normal. Noontime traffic rush is not very different from office hours where movement of traffic is at its peak. Two-wheelers, buses and every car and vehicle seem to be in a road chase with vehicles zooming past our camera. Notice the two-wheeler carrying a huge load of livestock fodder behind it like a pillion rider.
