Devar-bhabhi celebrate the Festival of Colours in Uttar Pradesh, India. Man explains the significance of Devar-Bhabhi Holi. In Uttar Pradesh celebrations which have begun early are a tad different from the other states with different variants like the Devar-Bhabhi Holi. The festival of colours here involves a lot of music. The 'Devar-Bhabhi Holi' is known for being folk song-oriented and this is evident in all the variants of the festival. On the day of Holi, songs rant the air from the afternoon till late into the night. Compositions relate to popular deities like Radha-Krishna, Ram, Hanuman, Vishnu, Prahlad, as well as traditional relationships like devar-bhabhi.
