Salman Khurshid on Sonia Gandhi's politics: "I think the whole nation has seen this and said that this is a remarkable decision that she could have taken. Nobody else in our times has done anything like this. It changes the entire perception of people in public life and of politicians and how they aspire only for power, and believe that everything emanates from power in government. She has repudiated and denied that logic, and essentially re-written the rules of the game. I think she has set a remarkable goal and role model. It's the backdrop and totality. It's the quality of our public life today that must have got factored in somewhere. Her decision is of another plane altogether.
