The interior of The Elgin, Darjeeling, features a long lounge and dining area with polished wooden flooring, dark wooden furniture and large multi-paned windows. Vintage armchairs, sideboards and coffee tables are arranged throughout the rooms, with patterned rugs adding to the classic interior setting. A small wooden table with a chess set is placed near one of the windows. The dining room features white-clothed tables with red chairs, ornate gold-finish chandeliers and deep red curtains around the windows. Framed artwork, wall sconces and traditional furnishings contribute to the heritage character of the property.
