The Republic Day Parade dress rehearsal on Kartavya Path in New Delhi, India, featuring the tableau of the Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu. Designed with a maritime theme, the float resembles a ship and includes a large anchor, lifebuoy rings, and a replica lighthouse representing the Union Territory's coastal heritage. Artists in traditional regional attire perform on and alongside the moving tableau as it proceeds along the ceremonial parade route. Security personnel and parade officials escort the float while spectators fill the grandstands to watch the rehearsal.
