A girl from Mizoram singing a song "You give love a bad name". This song is originally sung by the British rock band Bon Jovi, from their first album Slippery When Wet (1986). The young Mizos have taken up western music and dances with great aplomb. For Thalfavang kut young Mizo boys and girls performing live on stage. These young boys and girls have a very lilting musical voice and they have a natural flair for music. Thalfavang Kut festival is considered as one of the most significant festivals in Mizoram. Completion of weeding of the crop fields to make them suitable for harvesting activities is a primary farming operation of the cultivators of Mizoram.
