Good samaritans distribute free food for patients at Asia's second largest hospital - Safdarjung Hospital in New Delhi. Patients' family members, here to support their family, are also able to partake of the free food on offer, on the road-side next to the hospital premises. The woman in the wheel chair has an extra digit on her right hand. She has six fingers. The additional appendage is attached at a rakish angle so may not be of much use to her, as a usable digit or finger.
