In the village of Ghorakhuri, fruit and vegetable farming is taken very seriously. The villagers have become wealthy thanks to their hard work and understanding of advanced and new varieties, and their intense cultivation of the same, with good water availability, excellent weather and superb soil. They have staked up their tomatoes just right! Tamatar is not just a necessity in the Indian kitchen now.
