I grew up in Hyderabad. Hyderabad was actually a Cantonment town, there used to be Sikenderabad Cantonment which is part of Hyderabad city. My father was a still photographer so that explains the family interest in photography and films and so on. We used to have a little cinema an Army cinema and there used to be three changes a week and most of the films that were shown were American and British, sunday you might have had one hindi film so ever since I remember when I was a child may be 5 or 6 years old I remember seeing films there as many as three a week.
