Foreign tourists disembark at Paro airport - the only international gateway into Bhutan. They stand around after getting off the plane and start taking pictures. Meanwhile, a Bhutan Airways plane (owned by the Tashi group) is prepped for take-off at one end of the runway, with Paro and Ta dzongs (fortified monastery) in the backdrop. Bacggage and mail are offloaded from the arriving Druk Air plane. Druk Air is the national carrier of Bhutan.
