A transvestite is seen soliciting money from passing vehicles at the traffic point in Naoroji Nagar, South Delhi. A wandering transvestite or kinner, known derogatively in India as hijra is seen soliticing business and freebies at a traffic light crossing in India. It is a relatively common sight to see transvestites asking for money from scooterists and motorists, occasionally even offering sexual favours in lieu of the same. S/he seems to have good pickings and every tenth vehicle she solicits from gives her an offering. She even touches the heads and helmets of scooterists to goad them to give to her! S/he blesses others to reward them for their contributions. A couple of transgenders ask for alms at a traffic signal and get fairly 'touchy' with the people on their two-wheelers. Transge
