Vishesh Kalimero and Rahul Jigyasu of Musica Medicina create a healing atmosphere through their music. For this particular musical set, Vishesh plays the erhu (Chinese two-stringed fiddle). Perhaps no musical instrument is more evocative of China than the erhu, but its origins are in central Asia: The erhu is one of several instruments historically known as "huqin" (barbarian's fiddle). On the other hand, Rahul lets his fingers do the magic on the Kacapi (Indonesian Harp) a Sundanese musical instrument. Musica Medicina offers a safe space and invites people into a journey of self-discovery. They use sound and musical journey combining intuitive soundscapes as a source for releasing tensions and blockages to access our primal beings suppressed by predominant social norms.
