Traffic snarls in a flooded underpass in Uttar Pradesh. As you can see the bus gets partially submerged in its effort to cross the underpass and gets stuck in the water. After the help from the locals, it gets pushed out onto a clear road. People drag their bikes and cycles across while being drenched in rainwater.
