The Maha Kumbh Mela is a major religious and cultural event in Hinduism. This year the event will begin in Prayagraj from January 13 and continue till February 26. According to religious beliefs, bathing in the confluence of the Ganga, Yamuna and Saraswati rivers during this holy event gives a person salvation and washes away all his sins. Akhadas like Juna Akhada, Niranjani Akhada, Ani Akhada, Kinnar Akhada, and Agni Akhada participated in the procession.
