The Tomb of Muhammad Quli Khan, also known as Dilkhusha, is located in Mehrauli Archaeological Park in New Delhi. Built during the 16th-century Mughal period, the octagonal mausoleum is the tomb of Muhammad Quli Khan, an officer and general in Emperor Akbar's court and the son of Maham Anga. In the 19th century, British Resident Sir Thomas Metcalfe adapted the tomb into a country retreat, adding European-style residential extensions and garden structures. The monument features an octagonal domed chamber, remnants of decorative tile and stone inlay work, and corner jharokhas.
