A rat race where everyone is running to reach first to their respective destination. In this, we tend to ignore the basic things which hold a great deal of importance in life, like life itself. As can be seen in this video the ambulance is coming from the wrong side of the road to get to the hospital in time. An ambulance can break rules when people become inconsiderate and do not give it space to pass also with the traffic on the other side of the road makes it a logical and smart decision. The outer ring road is flooded with cars causing major traffic and noise pollution in an area where two of the biggest government hospitals of India are.
