Dust storm lashes Delhi in May!

A sandpapery dust storm lashed New Delhi city on 14th May 2012, at the driest and hottest of the Indian summer! Dust storms and and rain may bring much needed relief from the scorching heat to Delhiites, but they do bring in dust that gets into the eyes and sits on the outer ledges of the ears, in a most irritating fashion! As opposed to the relief from heat it also results in several trees getting uprooted, water logging and causing traffic snarls.
