Dia Mirza is an Indian actress who primarily works in Hindi films. Mirza won the title of Miss Asia Pacific International in 2000 after being crowned Femina Miss India Asia Pacific 2000. She made her acting debut with the Hindi film Rehnaa Hai Terre Dil Mein (2001), which earned her a Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut nomination. Dia Mirza: Women in the 21st century are very liberated, very spirited, strong, and very conditioned to life, I see a lot of cynicism or aggression as well, in time of protecting themselves, they tend to get overtly aggressive. I think the most beautiful thing about being a woman is her strength and vulnerability.
