Srinagar and Kashmir in 1999, in a tense situation around the time of the Kargil War, with shuttered shops and empty streets, and the exception of the odd protest, with protestors being rounded up into BSF trucks, and the Border Security Force in charge of the city, peace and security. Chants of "Ham kya chahte hain? Azadi!", fill the streets. Protestors carry flags with them. BSF conducts a shooting right in the heart of Srinagar city, at terrorists or other targets of theirs.
