Shankarrao Bhavrao Chavan: We had consulted the Prime Minister before moving the paramilitary forces to Faizabad. 195 companies of paramilitary forces were stationed at Faizabad with a view to take action immediately. I have been persuading the Prime Minister not that there was no co-ordination but somehow it was a difference of opinion or difference of perception. He thought that these are very big people and when they are committing that they are not going to touch the disputed structure which they have filed the affidavit before the Supreme Court...
