Indian workers at wine manufacturing factory. They put grapes in a plastic basket and crush them. They keep the grape juice in plastic containers covered with clothes so that the yeast meets grape juice in an environment that allows fermentation. An official of wine manufacturing unit speaks about table wine and sacramental wine. He says, "There is no difference between table wine and sacramental wine both the wines are manufactured out of grapes only but in sacramental wine, we do not add any sedatives to the wine manufactured out of grapes. In the table wine, we add caramel. We are having a small profit on the price fixed for supply outside Goa."
