After a fresh spell of monsoon rains, vehicles plying on the AIIMs Road are stuck in the usual Delhi traffic grind. Motorists take shelter underneath the flyover with few children playing around. Red to green and a rush of vehicles on the wet road. Families with children sitting on motorcycles and cars, delivery personnel are seen stuck in the traffic. The public transport buses seem to be near empty empty in the afternoon.
