Thousand of devotees are gathered at the muddy venue awaiting the politician and the exciting festivities to follow. The Bagwal Mela is known for its strange form of celebration. It is celebrated on Rakshabandhan. Rakshabandhan celebrates the love among brothers and sisters, the sister's love and the brother's devotion and lifelong promise to protect the sister.
