Do we really need such heavy duty machinery that generates more diesel fumes and carbon footprint just to clean some dust off our many roads? We would need hundreds of such machines for Delhi alone, and how much fuel would they consume versus how much good would they do? Corona Lockdown lifted and movement has steadily started to go back to normal. This is filmed at the DND Expressway which connects New Delhi and Noida. A street cleaner truck sweeps the dust and rubbish lying on the road. The truck cleans the edges of the road divider kicking up a mini dust storm and it sure looks like the lighting posts are meant for Rajnigandha ads.
