Chandraswami Rao's lawyer says "I am filing the bail application for Mr Rao just now. I have already given the copy to the CBI. I will file the petition in the COurt of Sessions. I have not yet read the order as I just received the copy. I will go through the same and decide accordingly." The controversial spiritual leader was born in 1948 and came from Behror in Rajasthan.
