Indian Air Force (IAF) helicopter - Mi8 takes off from Kedarnath valley heli-pad and base camp after dropping miscellaneous items. The devotees and workers wait for the chopper to land so that, despite being tired, they can make their way up the valley of Kedarnath. Is that a MI17 or a MI8 Russian chopper? Not wanting to take any chances with the complicated winds in the high Himalaya, it hovers for a while, checking wind, temperature and other conditions and gauges, before taking off.
