Sonu Nigam on his album Classically Mild (2008): "Classically Mild is a semi-classical album, something I had wanted to create for a very long time. I always felt it was important to continue working on projects that would permanently document my singing and the hard work I have put into my music. This album is shaping up beautifully, thanks to music director Deepak Pandit and lyricist Ajay Jhingran. I believe it will be a memorable album. I have already recorded three songs, and I plan to complete another five this month. The remaining tracks will be finished during March and April, after which the album will be ready for release."
