In the Aravalli hills in Rajasthan, a wide landscape of mustard fields in peak flower in January 2019. Sarsaon is a prime winter crop in India, with sarsaon ka saag being a popular dish. Of course, the seeds are used to make mustard oil as well. And the sight of a mustard field in flower is even more pleasing to behold... Trucks pass by on the Jaipur - Ajmer - Jodhpur National Highway that also extends to Ahmedabad and Mumbai.
