Dinesh, witness of Uttarakhand flood disaster speaks out. "My name is Dinesh, Agastyamuni Village, Rudraprayag District". He says " I want to tell you that the road here was 40 feet wide and just below the road were farms, houses, gardens, banana trees, mango trees and people used to do farming here for their living. Today everything is devastated, nothing is left here. At present, people are going through really tough times with no water and food and many other difficulties. Most people here are homeless now. They have no place to live, sleep, no food and no shelter for themselves. Everyone is homeless. On the other side of the river, people are so troubled, they have no roads, no farming, no water, no electricity. These people are very troubled, I don't know how they are managing this di
