Anita Semwal witness of Uttarakhand Disaster. She says " 0n the 16th night, there was water all over our place. We left our home at 9 PM and then went to our neighbour's place to drop our kids and went back to see the condition of our house. Till then, the water was above knee level, so we could not enter the house and went back. People say that the government started giving warnings around 7, but we could not hear it because of the heavy rains. At 7 PM when there was water everywhere, they were giving out warnings, but nothing could be done at that point of time. How much will they save, what all can they save? Who does not want to save their personal belongings? But we could not save anything, all this you see around is destroyed. when water started rising upto knee level we left the
