The paper making process occurs in an old factory of Kwality Paper Mills Pvt Ltd in Chennai. In this old factory bundles of straw and other raw materials are piled up on the floor which are then thoroughly washed and cleaned. The cleansing is done in huge machines and then the purified form is rolled with wheels. Bundles of pure paper are kept in large numbers in the factory. Machines roll the paper into huge bundles to be taken for processing. Paper is simple material. It is essentially a mat held together by the fiber’s roughness and can be made from almost any fibrous material like wood or recycled paper.
