Thus the alleged common road has come in the exclusive and sole ownership of defendant No. 1 & 2. It is imperative to mention that the road is not a common road because the said properties as described in Para 2 hereinabove have been purchased by the deponent and defendant No. 1. Before purchase of the said properties by the deponent and defendant No. 1 there were multiple owners of the said properties but now the said properties are owned by a single owner. Thus the alleged common road is in exclusive and sole ownership of the deponent.
