These paintings were filmed on 9th July 1990. A colourful visual painting of lifestyles of Kolkata during the late 70's. A moustachioed Bengali macho man, goddess Kali Maa, a woman in a white sari looking out of her hut, Mother Teresa, a circular staircase made of wrought iron going up an old house. These are more vignettes can be seen from the Calcutta of yore, in these Babu paintings.
