Mixed modes of transport, from pedestrian, to cycle rickshaw, and human-pulled rickshaw with goods, buses, cars and even a train going overhead, on an ancient Mughal era red sandstone bridge near Red Fort in Old Delhi. A train crosses the ancient Red Fort red sandstone bridge where the Yamuna river once flowed, en route to Old Delhi and the Chandni Chowk area, from South Delhi. This bridge would have seen much action in olden days. How does it withstand the weight of a train crossing it, despite such old basic construction and engineering?
