Is that elevated platform the Barapulla highway from INA market to the outer Ring Road? It certainly looks like it, with cars zipping across it! A temple nestles among a residential area, while the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium (yes, one more Congress legacy!) towers behind the Barapulla raised expressway. One can even see Humayun's Tomb across the elevated road and the Oberoi Hotel as well. Wow - what a disorganized and chaotic urban sprawl New Delhi has become!
