An Old Delhi restaurant prepares masses of Chhole Aloo Tikki with a pool full of oil, boiling hot, to prepare many plates of Chhole Aloo Tikki for their clients... Actually a high protein meal, the oil does this dish in, in terms of unhealthiness!
