Bustling traffic crowded with orange buses, trucks, autos and numerous private cars can be seen congesting the roads of South Extension in the capital city Delhi. People stop the buses and get on board the moving buses. Numerous cars pass under the flyover of South Extension. People walk in the narrow lanes near the Emergency gate of Safdarjung Hospital as cars and ambulances are double parked. Traffic jam is a common sight in big cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Calcutta etc. This is due to increasing population of the metropolitan cities.
