N.O.I.D.A: New Okhla Industrial Development Authority. It is a satellite city of Delhi and a part of National Capital Region. This city is one of the fastest expanding cities in northern India. The number of high rise apartments and townships are growing at a massive scale. This also creates a fear of this city turning into a 'Ghost Town', i.e, a large number of unoccupied houses in a town. This further creates a chain reaction and eventually, the whole township is abandoned.
