Rashtrapati Bhavan at dusk on a monsoon day in July 2011. Delhi on the move - a city that does not sleep! Rashtrapati Bhavan is the official residence of the President of India, located at Raisina hill in New Delhi, India. The plan of the palace is designed around a massive square although there are many courtyards and open inner areas within. At present, it is the only largest residence of any Chief of the State in the world.
