India's consumer can buy things easily as they have various options now and the reason is product competition. However, sometimes companies take such steps which affect other companies and disturb market. To stop this Indian Government is planning to implement Competition Law which is based on the suggestions of Raghavan Committee. The report says that the old monopoly policy should be scrapped. The monopoly act should also be scrapped and in place of all these act they should establish Competition Commity of India.
