He says, "It implies a very simple thing that like all other industries recognized industries in the country it will have access to institutional finance in very simple words that what that means it means that the film industry will find the access to institutional finance. The film industry has had no connection with any other industry for one thing it cannot or could not raise finances from any institution, bank or any other financial institution so it had to rely on finances that it got on the basis of very high interest so this is it's one major advantage and that's all it really means if you put it very simply it means that you can access finance from financial institutions.
