What an impressive planned city, or so it seems, at least. The buildings are well spaced apart, with ample space for utilities, public transport corridors, and more, with scope for greening the intermediate spaces as well. NOIDA may well have out-stripped Gurgaon for better planning and lucking out with water availability thanks to the Yamuna river. Traffic flow is smooth and uninterrupted with ample by-passes, side lanes and turnarounds. Looks like a truly world-class city from the air. Is it so from the ground, as well?
