Hawala case and securities scam surface in Parliament! Politician - ministers arrive at the Indian Parliament in New Delhi, dis-embarking from their Hindustan Ambassador (Morris Minor!), Premier Padmini NE118 (Lada) and Maruti 800 cc cars. A rare 190D Mercedes (undoubtedly imported from Southall London, as a NRI transfer of residence car!) is also seen. This was the luxury car of choice! Some prominent names can be seen.
