Daulat ki chaat is a sweet dish, which is made by using froth milk in the dew of winters. This sweet dish is prepared in Delhi and it is said that Mughal emperors consumed the dish - this explains why the dessert has been named as daulat. The dish has no association with the actual name, as people know chaat resembles to something tangy. Daulat ki chaat is only prepared during the winter months and is sold by vendors near old monuments or havelli. Dilli Ke Pakwaan, inaugurated on the 24th of December, 2014 at Baba Kharak Singh Marg by Dr. Harsh Vardhan, Hon'ble Union Minister for Science and Technology in the presence of Smt.
