Should one opt to drive out of the house when it is raining heavily in Delhi? Probably not, as you would spend a lot of fuel on idling in heavy traffic. You would come back home a nervous wreck after all the honking, touch maneuvering in your car and the wetness in your shoes, not to mention the diesel fumes emanating from all the other idling cars. Driving past Dhaula Kaun is not an easy task, as water tends to get pooled and collected under the underpasses and one never knows which ones will be easy to cross, and which ones tricky!
