Shri Billeshwarnath Temple is situated in Meerut Cantt. Sadar Bazaar since Treta Yuga. Mandodari, wife of Ravana used to come here to worship Lord Shiva. The devotee is doing Rudrabhishek Puja which is very superior according to holy books. It is a very purest and finest ritual in Hinduism. Rudrabhishek puja is worshipped by giving him a holy bath along with flowers and the necessary materials required in this puja. The devotee is applying Chandan on the Shivling. According to the Hindu calendar, most of the devotees do Rudrabhishek puja in the month of Shravan (July-august). The puja starts by pouring Gangajal on Shivling. This is a very powerful puja.
